Measuring equipment – thanks to cooperation with CERN in the field of technology transfer, Techtra obtained a license for the production and commercialization of GEM (Gas Electron Multiplier) films developed at CERN, and then gas detectors using GEM films. It is the only successful technology transfer from CERN to a Polish company so far. Based on the conducted R&D works, a complete ionizing radiation detector system was developed. It is used in scientific research, satellite technologies, work is underway on its application in industrial applications.
